DDS is structured as a Dental Service Organization (DSO), which provides non-clinical business management support to dental practices. DDS consists of elite practicing dentists, an oral maxillofacial surgeon, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Fellow lab technician, enterprise business managers, and a professional sports athlete.
